Oritcranes adopts an automated electric double-girder bridge crane with three hoisting mechanisms:

① The first hoisting mechanism is a hard-scissor anti-sway electric cylinder grab bucket.

② The second hoisting mechanism is a scissor-type anti-sway mechanism, featuring effective anti-sway, automatic grabbing, and automatic tipping.

③ The third hoisting mechanism is an European-style hoist.

The three mechanisms communicate via signals, enabling simultaneous operation without exceeding the rated load, ensuring operational safety

(1) Main Hook Rigid Anti-Sway Grab Bucket Mechanism

The anti-sway mechanism extends and retracts synchronously, providing higher stability during operation. This rigid design ensures precise control of the grab bucket, minimizing sway and improving positioning accuracy for material handling.

(2) Grab Bucket Mechanism

Made of 304 stainless steel and driven by an electric cylinder, the grab bucket can rotate 360°. This design ensures higher cleanliness and safety, making it particularly suitable for applications requiring strict hygiene standards.

(3) Scissor-Type Bucket Mechanism

The scissor-type mechanism increases transport efficiency by 3-5 times compared to conventional solutions. Its innovative design allows for faster material handling cycles, significantly improving overall productivity.

(4) Intelligent Control System

Super computing power automatically calculates work orders and optimizes paths in real time. The system features automatic obstacle avoidance, intelligent self-positioning, self-correction, and self-centering. It also includes inching, micro-speed, and over-frequency functions, plus fault self-diagnosis and a data monitoring APP for remote data transmission.
